星期四面對面太極班 Thursday In-Person Tai Chi Class at Bethe Lutheran Church (粵語 | Cantonese Instruction)

授課老師：
萧老師 (Simon Xiao) 是美國加州太極拳裁判員，擁有教學執照，曾入選美國國家傳統武術代表隊，並代表美國參加第八屆世界武術錦標賽，榮獲太極拳世界排名第五。
他目前在三藩市社區中心教授太極課程，學員年齡從60歲到90歲不等。多年來，許多學員在練習後反映身體健康狀況顯著改善，包括血壓、血糖下降，身體痛症得以緩解，靈活度提升。課程內容包括氣功、拉筋、八段錦及二十四式太極拳，幫助長者增強體力、預防中風及認知退化，達到健康老化、提高生活質素。

Instructor:
Simon Xiao is a certified Tai Chi referee in California and a licensed instructor. He was selected for the U.S. National Traditional Martial Arts Team and represented the United States in the 8th World Wushu Championships, where he ranked 5th in the world for Tai Chi.
He currently teaches at community centers in San Francisco, with students ranging in age from 60 to 90. Over the years, many participants have reported significant health improvements through regular practice, including lower blood pressure and blood sugar, reduced physical pain, and increased flexibility. The class includes Qigong, stretching, Baduanjin, and the 24-form Tai Chi, designed to help older adults build strength, prevent strokes and cognitive decline, and promote healthy aging and better quality of life.
