311: How it Works and When to Use It (In-Person)

Our SF Sidewalk Search Party team is presenting a training on San Francisco’s 311 system. Learn how to report problems to 311, including broken, unsafe, or blocked sidewalks due to the City’s tree roots or construction zones. You will learn 3 ways to issues: by phone, app, or website. If we know the kinds of problems we have and have a way of addressing them, we can make our neighborhoods safer and pleasanter places to be. This is an in-person event.
