Always Active Senior Exercise Class (Virtual)

Join your favorite Always Active instructors for a virtual class until we can all meet in person again. Always Active is a moderate intensity, multicomponent class designed for older adults. It incorporates: aerobics, balance, flexibility, and strength using hand weights and resistance bands.
To join the class, please contact Luz at (415) 550-2265 or firstname.lastname@example.org for the link, password, and instructions you need to access the class on Zoom. You will be able to join the class as early as 9:45am. To avoid disruption, we will close the class to new entrants at 10:10am.
