Let’s Make Stuff with d’Arci Bruno: Abstract World (Virtual)
Tue August 25, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Abstract art does not attempt to represent an accurate depiction of a visual reality but instead focuses on the mediums and materials used (paint/paper/objects/fabric, mixed media, etc) and relies heavily on the elements of art: line, color, shape, form, value, space, texture & composition. Abstract art exploration is a great way to CONNECT with our emotions, PLAY with different materials and showcase their unique properties, while challenging the mind to free itself from the confines of object representation. In this class, artist d’Arci Bruno will teach you how to see things differently and visually deconstruct the world around you into line, shape, color, and form.
