various watercolor drawings

Get out your old magazines, watercolor paints, paper and glue and let’s rip it up!!! Find a photo of your favorite relaxing summer holiday spot or make one up in your imagination. Torn paper edges help give these colorful landscapes an organic and natural feel. A fun and easy project that will bring you hours of enjoyment – a great project for the kids too!

For this class you will need: Watercolor paints, two jars of water for painting, and a couple of brushes. Blow-dryer for quick drying. Scissors for those little fiddly bits! Glue stick, Yes Paste, Mod Podge or other glue of your choice. Watercolor paper, drawing paper or other suitable paper for painting on and a surface to build your collage on such as a clean piece of paper, cardboard, canvas board etc. **You can also use magazines, colored paper, newspaper, patterned paper, textured paper, tissue paper, wrapping paper or a mix of it all to make collages.
