Come and join the Inner Sunset Community Connectors on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 2:45 pm at St. Anne of the Sunset Parish Hall. An interactive session with Estelle Schneider on the latest evidence on modifiable lifestyle choices that can support your aging brain in these areas: * nutrition * exercise * stress * sleep *social engagement * ongoing learning * chronic illness management. Education and knowledge can help us change behavior, especially when done together with our community. Estelle, is a CLC Director on Community Learning and Empowerment. She’s a physical therapist and a holistic health educator. Light refreshment will be provided. Questions, contact estelle@sfcommunityliving.org.
