Art Viewing Adventures: Judy Chicago Exhibition at the de Young Museum
Mon November 8, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Judy Chicago’s hard-hitting political works make her one of the most provocative figures in the art world today. Though often described as a feminist artist, the works on display at the retrospective at the de Young Museum through January 9, 2022 challenge us to also confront issues of racism and the threat of global warming. This is an exhibition you don’t want to miss!
Museum Guides Jeanette Pettibone and Joan Foster return to Art Viewing Adventures for a panel discussion of the exhibition with Rodney Paul. Their discussion will allow you to hear multiple viewpoints on Chicago’s artworks. They’ll also be eager to hear your thoughts on the exhibition and address any questions you have.
