Let’s Make Stuff with d’Arci: Continuous Line Drawing Game (Virtual)

Join local artist d’Arci Bruno to learn how to explore the fascinating role that lines play in art.
Lines create shapes, spaces, and movement. A continuous line drawing has only one starting point and one ending point throughout an entire composition. Lines are one-dimensional and can vary in width, direction, and length. Lines are marks moving in a space between two points whereby a viewer can visualize the stroke, movement, direction and intention based on how the line is oriented. Come learn all about the importance of lines!
For this class you will need:
– Pen/Pencil/Marker/crayon
– Paper/sketchpad
Object/subject to draw:
– Still life, magazine image/face, family photograph, your own hand or foot, animal or pet, shoes, furniture, house plant, car, toy, other…
