CA Master Plan for Aging Regional Forum: Ending Homelessness Among Seniors and People with Disabilities

As part of California’s Master Plan for Aging initiative, the Long-Term Care Coordinating Council of San Francisco is hosting a special forum on October 26 from 1-3pm on Ending Homelessness Amongst Seniors and People with Disabilities in San Francisco. After an introduction by Mayor Breed, the event will feature a keynote by Dr. Margot Kushel, Director of the UCSF Benioff Homelessness and Housing Initiative. Then the panelists, moderated by Del Seymour from Code Tenderloin, will take a deep dive into what needs to happen in San Francisco to tackle homelessness amongst seniors and people with disabilities. Panelists include: Shireen McSpadden (SF Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing), Kelly Dearman (SF Department of Disability and Aging Services), Beth Stokes (Episcopal Community Services), and Yolanda Harris (SF Housing Authority).
