Join us for a health series led by heath educator, Kelly, from Kaiser Permanente. Stress is a natural physical and mental reaction to life experiences. How you respond to stress can have an impact on your health. It is important to understand the mind-body connection in order to reduce stress. This class will go over simple steps to help reduce stress and improve your peace of mind.
