Would you like to learn some tools to deal with emotions, find clarity, and feel centered? Just because we’re sheltering in place doesn’t mean we feel at home. But we can learn to find calmness and connection to our inner voice, shifting our energy by being present. Join acclaimed healer Silvina Vergara who will lead a sound meditation, helping you relax through creative visualization and sound with crystal bowls and other instruments.
