As you face the end of another year, are you concerned about your lack of engagement or social isolation? The holidays seem to amplify especially tough feelings; it happens to many of us. The feelings can be the result of physical ailment (arthritis or chronic pain), loss, anxiety or sadness all adding to increase in emotional strain. Join Sheila Koran and gathered participants as we share our heavy feelings about the end of another year and concern for our future.
