National Hispanic Heritage Month
Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to honor the history, culture, and contributions of Latino and Latina communities. To celebrate, Community Living Campaign encourages everyone to support San Francisco’s vibrant Latina/o-owned restaurants—whether enjoying classic favorites like El Toreador in West Portal or Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in the Richmond, trying new spots such as Al Chile Restaurant in the Inner Sunset or Balboa Ice Cream in the Excelsior, or picking up authentic treats from Rosi’s Alfajores in Daly City. By dining local, we uplift the businesses that keep our neighborhoods thriving and our cultural traditions alive.
