Community Living Campaign’s Ability Integrator, Jennifer Walsh, recently spoke before the Mayor’s Disability Council to highlight CLC’s accessibility advocacy and its alignment with the city’s physical access goals. Jennifer, joined by CLC Co-Director Marie Jobling, shared updates on projects like the Disability Pride Treasure Hunt, Sidewalk Search Parties, and the Accessibility Community Teams (ACT) initiative—all designed to make San Francisco more inclusive and accessible for people of all abilities. She also called for greater collaboration with city agencies and community partners to expand disability-friendly tourism, improve sidewalk safety, and strengthen food, transportation, and digital equity programs.
