請攜帶您珍貴的照片、信件、食譜，甚至小型立體物品（如紀念品）前來，我們會用掃描設備協助轉為圖片，直接存入您的手機、平板、電腦或USB，方便保存與分享這些回憶！

活動當天請攜帶：
1. 掃描的物品 (照片、文件或小型立體物品等)
2. 您想存入的電子設備（手機、平板電腦或 USB等）

Please bring your cherished photos, letters, recipes, or even small 3D keepsakes. We will help you digitize them using a scanner and save the images directly to your phone, tablet, computer, or USB—so you can easily preserve and share your memories!

2. The device you want to save your files to (such as a phone, tablet, or USB drive)

Chinese and English Cultural and Language Exchange 中英文化與語言交流會 (網上｜Virtual)

Join us this virtual offering to learn about each other’s cultures! Learn English, American culture, Chinese culture, and Mandarin with native speakers. This class is all about fun and learning. We’ve recently added a social hour after the classes.

Every Wednesday, 2:00 pm-5:00 pm.
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Mandarin Class
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: English
4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Social Hour

This is a weekly bi-lingual event.

星期五面對面太極班 Friday In-Person Tai Chi Class at Crocker Amazon Volleyball Court (粵語 | Cantonese)

授課老師：
萧老師 (Simon Xiao) 是美國加州太極拳裁判員，擁有教學執照，曾入選美國國家傳統武術代表隊，並代表美國參加第八屆世界武術錦標賽，榮獲太極拳世界排名第五。
他目前在三藩市社區中心教授太極課程，學員年齡從60歲到90歲不等。多年來，許多學員在練習後反映身體健康狀況顯著改善，包括血壓、血糖下降，身體痛症得以緩解，靈活度提升。課程內容包括氣功、拉筋、八段錦及二十四式太極拳，幫助長者增強體力、預防中風及認知退化，達到健康老化、提高生活質素。

時間：每個星期五

Instructor:
Simon Xiao is a certified Tai Chi referee in California and a licensed instructor. He was selected for the U.S. National Traditional Martial Arts Team and represented the United States in the 8th World Wushu Championships, where he ranked 5th in the world for Tai Chi.

He currently teaches at community centers in San Francisco, with students ranging in age from 60 to 90. Over the years, many participants have reported significant health improvements through regular practice, including lower blood pressure and blood sugar, reduced physical pain, and increased flexibility. The class includes Qigong, stretching, Baduanjin, and the 24-form Tai Chi, designed to help older adults build strength, prevent strokes and cognitive decline, and promote healthy aging and better quality of life.
