Community Living Campaign is grateful to all of the funders who share our commitment to helping seniors and adults with disabilities age and thrive at home. We rely on a combination of government contracts, foundation grants, and generous donations from organizations and  indviduals to fund this important work.

Our Funders

San Francisco Human Services Agency | Department of Disability and Aging Services LogoCLC’s Community Connector, Transportation Assistance, Home Delivered Grocery, Neighborhood Tech Connect, SF Tech Council, and SF ReServe programs serving the community are funded by the City of San Francisco’s Department of Disability and Aging Services. 

Grants and donations fund about 25% of our programs. These include May and Stanley Smith Trust, the Metta Fund, United Way of the Bay Area, CityBridge, Kaiser Foundation, Inner Sunset Community Advocates, McNabb Foundation, Sunset Heights Association of Responsible People (SHARP), University Mound Ladies Home, Verizon, and numerous individuals who donate to CLC and share their talents with us. This generous and flexible support enables us to try creative approaches as we face unprecedented challenges and ever-changing needs. With your support, we’ve worked closely with our neighbors to continue reducing isolation, building community, and empowering participants in ways that work best.

Nonprofit Filings & California Registry of Charitable Trusts

Community Living Campaign has been a 501c3 nonprofit, EID# 26-1697250  since November 2007.  We file federal form 990 tax returns each year. You can find our current return and previous years’ filings on Pro Publica’s Nonprofit Explorer. Community Living Campaign maintains a registration with the State of California’s Registry of Charitable Trusts (FEIN #261697250).

Audited Financial Statement & Other Compliance

Community Living Campaign’s financials are independently audited every year. Read our FY2023-24 audited financial statements. In addition , as a contractor with the City and County of San Francisco, CLC completes fiscal and compliance monitoring, as well as individual program monitoring for all of our contracts. CLC has received excellent program and fiscal reviews for its work and has been found to be in programmatic and fiscal compliance.
