Does your organization have critical staffing gaps?

SF ReServe helps nonprofits and small businesses find talented part-time workers. We draw from a rich pool of talent – San Francisco seniors (aged 60+) and people with disabilities (18+). These ReServists usually work 10-15 hours/week, with flexible hours.

This year, 49 ReServists provided nearly 18,900 hours of expertise to local nonprofits and community-focused businesses.

Find Talent

Fill out the Partner Inquiry Form, and we’ll match your organization’s needs to job seekers’ experience.

ReServists want to make a difference in our communities. They are former teachers, social workers, nurses, writers, advocates, organizers, doctors, lawyers, skilled trade workers, and more. Our unique cost-sharing model significantly lowers businesses’ hourly labor costs for talented, dedicated part-time workers.

SF ReServe Partners have saved over $200,000 in personnel costs since 2020.

Cost-Sharing Model

You don’t have to worry about payroll, workers’ compensation, and other HR-related tasks. You simply approve the hours the ReServist works, and we send you an invoice.

Use our SF ReServe Cost-Sharing Calculator    to understand how you can save money while hiring qualified talent.
