Give From Your IRA
Many donors over 70.5 years of age choose to give directly from their IRA, and receive tax benefits as they give. IRA giving helps you:

- Reduce your overall taxable income
- Make an immediate difference, and help to build a truly inclusive San Francisco!

Plan a Gift in Your Will or Trust
You don’t need great wealth to create community. With simple gift planning, you can make a truly significant impact that can transform lives as we work together to build a San Francisco where we can all thrive in our and neighborhoods as we grow older. Including a gift in your estate plan represents your commitment to a future where people of all ages and abilities can truly live “in community”, at no immediate cost to you now. We have partnered with FreeWill to offer you their online estate planning resource, which allows you to create your legal will or trust — and start your community legacy — entirely for free.
If you already have a will or trust, we hope you’ll consider adding Community Living Campaign. Here are some guidelines about using a codicil to make change or adjustments to your will. If you have included us as a beneficiary already, thank you!
